Somatic Sexuality Coaching sessions are a combination of sexuality and pleasure education, somatic experiential movement, pleasure practices, pleasure anatomy, counseling and erotic advocacy. We will co-create your journey into ReWilding your erotic life, deeper erotic intelligence and erotic sovereignty.

Sessions are custom designed for you based on your named desires and goals at the outset of coaching. All coaching work begins with establishing a strong, safe container of trust and consent. Typically we will begin with getting an understanding of your core erotic nature and desires then moving on to re-education on pleasure anatomy and physiology. We will also typically establish an at-home self-pleasure practice; the foundation of erotic sovereignty.

Individual coaching sessions are 1.5 hours and are available in person or over Zoom.

Relationship coaching sessions focus on ReWilding relationships of all types and configurations. In this coaching we will explore the current sexual and emotional dynamics of your relationship and then explore strategies for restructuring a new erotic context for your relationship that supports sustainable erotic connection and intimacy; your own erotic permaculture.

You will come away from somatic relationship coaching with concrete practices, skills and playful exercises that increase your feelings of intimacy, your ability to own and name your sexual desires and your confidence in erotic risk taking. You will develop the ability to erotically attune with your partner; to listen deeply to each others desires and movement on a body level.

Relationship coaching sessions are 1.5-2 hours and are available in person or over Zoom.

Sexological Bodywork is powerful, experiential, sometimes more hands-on work done on the bodywork table. This work is done with the utmost of trauma informed care and integrity regarding boundaries, consent and creating a safe container. Clients are at complete agency and choice at all times.

Experiences in sexological bodywork may include coaching in breath, movement, touch, somatic and verbal boundary setting, pleasure mapping, radical body acceptance and self-pleasure coaching. Some clients move into sexological bodywork after first developing a foundation of somatic sexuality coaching work.

Sexological bodywork sessions are 2 hours and available in-person only.

Immerse yourself with an in-person, customized multi-day or weekend intensive. Intensives are for those who want to take a deeper dive into their erotic education and exploration over the course of several longer days. Intensives include both Somatic Sexuality Coaching and Embodied Sexological Education. Some clients move into and intensive experience after first doing somatic coaching work.

Clothed, non-sexual, nurturing cuddling and touch sessions to get the oxytocin flowing in a touch-starved culture! Each cuddle session begins with establishing desires, boundaries and consent for the session (a skill that is useful for life outside of the session) and the rest of the time is devoted to delicious cuddling.

Cuddles sessions are typically 1 hour and are available in-person and online. Yes, you can cuddle online!

Learn the basics of kink/BDSM that you have always wanted to know! Kink is a great way to lean into your erotic curiosities and edges with exquisite attention paid to safety, consent and boundaries. Sessions are educational and experiential.

Primal, sensual dance/movement sessions including contact improvisation, ecstatic dance, body acceptance ritual and authentic movement. Learn how to bring play, spontaneity, improvisation and aliveness into your erotic life and your relationship!

Deep erotic connection in the container of the natural world. Ecosexuality is the exploration of human connection to nature; humans as nature and our erotic selves within the eros of nature. Ecosexual explorations can be individual or group sessions and are nature/weather dependent.
