Your erotic life…It’s about having unfettered access to your innate erotic truth and giving yourself permission to live and express that truth with less shame and more playfulness.
I am a somatic sexuality coach, educator, mentor, guide, shame whisperer, witness. I do not know more about your body and your sexuality than you do, but I sit with you and move with you as you allow your erotic truth to unfold. Many paths and experiences inform my “work”. I have a masters degree in somatic psychology and a bachelors degree in anthropology which form the backbone; understanding the body and the many bodies of culture, relationship, connection and the many impacts of trauma, shame and disconnection. I am also a trained professional in movement, improvisation and creative arts which supports the spontaneous play and attunement that is part of developing erotic intelligence. I am a bodyworker and have hands on experiential knowledge of the body and touch. And I am trained in somatic sexuality education and sexological bodywork which provides the framework into which everything else is woven.
Most importantly, I love this work and I love bringing consent-based support and empowerment to the people I am fortunate enough to work with.

I presently offer in-person, online, and over-the-phone sessions anywhere in the world. In-person sessions will be held in Ashland, Oregon.
